Use of U+2019 as a sound marker (apostrophe) inside words triggering Paratext warning

This occurs in cases like the Odia word:
ସା’ତେରେ

In this context, the character “’ (U+2019)” is being used intentionally as a sound marker, not as a quotation mark.

Is it possible to configure Paratext to allow U+2019 as a valid apostrophe within words? If so, what is the recommended way to adjust the punctuation or orthography settings to avoid this warning?

We want to ensure that our text remains linguistically accurate while also complying with Paratext’s validation rules.

Closing quote [ ’ U+2019 ] found as a word medial character. Sometimes caused when a closing quote is incorrectly used as an apostrophe: ||’||

You can add the character to the word-medial punctuation characters in the Language settings dialog (Project > Project settings > Language settings > Other characters tab > Word-medial punctuation). Doing that should make Paratext handle it better.

Beware that if your project is also using that same character for quotation marks, then it can cause problems to have it be both a quotation mark and word-medial punctuation. Ideally, the characters should be unique.
