Migrating Study Bibles to PT 8

Is there already any information about migrating Study Bibles to PT 8? Or is this in no way different than migrating other projects?

Study Bible should migrate as normal, and continue to work the same as in 7.X.
There is a new (experimental) type of Study Bible project called “Study Bible Additions”. A different type of migration process can be used to convert the old project type to the new project type, but this is unconnected to the 7.X => 8.0 project migration.

Study Bibles: Referencing to sidebars
I have a Study Bible with sidebars and extended footnotes. Some footnotes reference to sidebar, e.g. ... see ... InDesign to insert the page number of the sidebar's location?

Uninstalling Paratext 7 produces error with PT 8
A user uninstalled PT 7 and when he started PT 8 got an error message because C:\My Paratext Projects (not ... missing. Creating an empty folder with that name solved the issue.

Notes won't be lost in migration (PT 7.x -> PT 8), correct?
Before migrating a PT 7.5 project to PT 8, I wanted to double-check on this. All the reviewers' and consultants' notes ... and we can't afford to lose access to them. Thank you!
