I am having the same error. I installed for the first time today (via Platform.Bible.Setup.0.4.0.exe). I received a message after installing about windows firewall, but clicked too quickly through it to realize it may be important. platform.bible.exe is allowed all on both TCP and UDP though.This is the error I am receiving when starting the exe on the command-line:
