If you can successfully download resources and perform Send and Receive, I believe you likely entered your registration data properly. There are some known issues with the registration dialog that can make it look like something went wrong when it didn't in some situations.
If you'd like to make sure your registration information is correct, you can find it in the following location:
- On Windows
- `%localappdata%/Paratext100/RegistrationInfo.xml`
- On macOS
- `~/Library/Application Support/Paratext100/RegistrationInfo.xml`
