Hi Jonathan, Yes - this is very strange indeed. I have never seen that happen before (not in 4+ years!) so I wonder what has caused this. Without some more context it is impossible to say what the issue is, so could you please send in an archive for troubleshooting. Use the "Create Archive..." button the Help tab, and send the resulting .zip file to ptxprint (underscore) support (at) sil.org

Just for the record, the user managed to solve this particular issue by removing a footnote which was in the heading.
Glad that a work-around was found, a bit embarrassing that it happened at all. Thankyou for the pointer that it was note-related, it made solving it much easier. The Bugfix has just been pushed to github.
Version 2.5.4 contains the bugfix. Thanks for helping us find an obscure bug.
