I created 3 new Paratext projects on Monday, along with 3 back translation daughter projects, and I added new members to all of them. However, for 2 of the 3 projects the Paratext users can't see the project in S/R, although they do see the back translation project. Any idea what might be going on or how to fix it? It would be strange if the issue were to be resolved by generating new user codes (the suggestion provided for similar questions), since they are able to see the back translation project. Surely something is wrong with Paratext or the S/R server in this case?

However, the two affected users are shown correctly on the project in the PT Registry. It's just on their own computers where they don't seem to have access to their teams' project. I tried S/R both to the Paratext server and with a USB drive with the same result: Paratext doesn't recognize that the user in question has access to the project, so the project is not shown in the S/R list.

Hola.

It has happened to me before. Not many times, but it has happened to me.
What I do is go to the registry on the Web (registry.paratext.org) and add the user from there.

I look for the project and the members tab. From there, I locate the name of the user who cannot see the project and simply delete it and then add it, from that same page.

I couldn't tell you why this happens sometimes.

Saludos,
Pepe.

Muchas gracias, Pepe. I've tried what you suggested, but I will have to wait until next week to see if the translators have access to their projects or not.
Yes, that solved the problem. Thanks.
