I’m configuring a diglot where I would like to use only the footnotes from the main/ lefthand text. But there seems to be no effect when I deselect “include footnotes” on the secondary project. Doing this on the main project suppresses all footnotes (from both projects). Not sure if this is a bug or if I’m missing something?

Thanks for pointing this out, @Matt. This looks like a bug. We’ll look into it and try to fix it before the next release (sometime within a week, DV).

This mysterious bug has now been found and fixed. It will be working as you’d expect in 2.2.51 which should be released in the next few days. Thanks for helping us improve the tool, @Matt.

As you can see below, you can have xrefs on one side and footnotes on the other (or any combination you need):

Ideally, we would like to do a diglot edition of the book of Luke, with the indigenous language at the top of each ... , rather than side-by-side columns. Is that a possibility?

Similar to the other diglot question from 2+ years ago, I have found a surprising (to me) behaviour trying to use ... documentation yet, so am happy to be pointed towards that.
