It seems that if I insert a figure that reaches into a new section of the text the figure overwrites the text. The text in the new section does not get blocked outfor the figure.
Acts 27 Fgure

I originally anchored the figure on verse 41, but it was too close to the bottom of the page and got cut off. Then I anchored it to verse 38 to move it up on the page but encountered the overwrite on the new section.

Is there a way to have the text in the new section be cut out for the figure? Or does a figure need to be within just one section?
