Is there a way to include verse numbers and section headings without the Bible references below the section heading?

The short answer is, no, it probably isn’t.

The problem is that \inc s includes anything that Paratext considers a “section heading”, not just the most obvious case, \s.

You can achieve what you’re looking for by adding the following to a custom.sty document in the project folder:

\Marker r
\TextType Other

However, it’s very likely that doing that will cause problems in other areas of PT.

One other thing to consider–just leave the \r markers showing up in the Bible Module inside of PT, but then delete them when you print. Depending on how you decide to print the module it is probably possible–and may be extremely easy–to remove that line. PTXprint, for example, can very easily delete the \r lines during printing.

That’s very helpful! Thank you.
