更详细的回答是，我们是一个相当小的团队，没有人能抽出时间为每个新的补丁版本撰写变更内容。话虽如此，9.x 更新总会包含新功能（这些功能会有专门的 新功能 页面），而 9.3.y.z 更新基本上只是错误修复和易用性改进。

I suspect that some significant changes have taken place in version 9.0.103.1 (e.g. UBS5). Are release notes ... or could a developer update us on the most significant changes?

When I go to the PT8 download page, I am unable to find a link to release notes for the updates. Where are ... directly linked to the download page. Maybe I missed them. Thanks

Where does one find what has changed in a new release?
Where does one go to find out what has changed in a new release? I'm asking because Send/Receive used to show X/Y ... is a bona fide change, or just something weird on my machine.
