Where are the Paratext release notes?

I was looking for release notes for Paratext 9.3.103.2, and I landed on this page Release Notes - Paratext Bible Translation Software which is empty. Where can these be found?

The short answer is that there are no release notes for the patches.

The longer answer is that we are a fairly small team and we don’t have anyone that can take the time to write up what changed for each new patch release. That being said, a 9.x update will always contain new features (which do have a What’s New page written for them) while a 9.3.y.z update will basically just be bug fixes and usability fixes.
