This section is for scripts to accomplish certain functions in Paratext, using Paratext’s built-in Python scripting ability. Each Topic here should cover a specific task, like working with Cross References. The posts are in wiki format, so you can add a script to an existing post. For example, you may choose to improve the supplied script and add a link to your improved version below the original.

Scripts are made available to Paratext users by

  1. Providing detailed usage instructions.
  2. Providing the *.cms and .py files for installation to the user’s My Paratext 8/9 Projects*CMS folder.

We will include general instructions for installing these Python files in the sticky post at the top.
