To whom should we report when the connection to the R/S server is malfunctioning and claiming that a member of a team is “currently doing S/R” for several hours and thus blocking the service. This is happening right now (7.10.2021 at 07.12 UTC).

A lock on a project should timeout after 30 minutes, so I’m not sure how a lock would continue to be held. A user can leave a project locked if their internet connection drops after the lock for the project is obtained or some other error prevents the unlock request from being sent. We chose 30 minutes as the timeout so we wouldn’t release a lock too soon for clients with slow connections.

The best option is to send in a problem report after a S/R has failed, this will give information that will help track down the problem.
