Number seetings in paratext 8 is not editable in some of my projects. kindly help

Number settings are only editable by the project administrator. If you are not an administrator on a project, then you will be unable to change the settings.

How can I use fractions like ½ in my project without having to deny a number error?
In translating 1 Kings 7, we want to use fractions when we give the number as numerals, e.g. in 7:10: Aitoka ... can be numbers. Is there some further setting that I have missed?

List of number of notes in each chapter
Is there any way to generate a list that shows how many notes are in each chapter? I can find out by clicking ... things like planning how many chapters I should check per day.

Invalid medial punctuation for a number
I'm getting a basic checks error: REV 11:3 Invalid medial punctuation: (1 260). It is triggered by this text: ... in the configuration of checks, or is this a Paratext bug?

PT9 Pressing tab from chapter number to verse reference not work while still loading
In PT9 when I select a book, wait for the drop down to go away and the book to appear in the box, highlight the chapter ... going to be faster, but it's just the same as PT8.)
