just updated Windows 11 to version 26H2. Cannot load the Send/Receive Projects dialogue box. any correlation?

Question

just updated Windows 11 to version 26H2.  Paratext opens and I can get into the hamburger menu, but when I choose Send/Receive, the dialogue box is blank and never loads.  I then have to force close via windows

as I opened Paratext, windows did give me some errors about windows blocking parts of Paratext.  the errors flew by pretty quick - only got the errors once.

Did you get this working? A couple of recommendations to try:

• Restart Windows and try again

• (The following information comes from Steve White) Another thing, which might help, try resetting Paratext. This resets a number of user settings but does not affect any project data.
  Hold down Shift when you start Paratext, then click "Yes" to reset. You can submit a new problem report or omit that step. When it says to restart Paratext, restart it normally (without holding down Shift).
  If you have not saved your current layout, you may wish to do that before resetting Paratext, because the reset discards the memory of what is currently open.
