Study book material sidebar not shown. How fix it

Here are some suggestions:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of PTXPrint
  • Make sure you have run the basic checks on both the base project and the Study Bible Additions project
  • Merge the publication project - this is what gets used in PTXPrint
  • In PTXPrint - use the Styles > Extended Study Content > esb > Other Settings > Sidebar settings to get the sidebar the way you want it. In my test I set the Size and position to Cutout Right and the width to .35. You may have to play with these to get it to work correctly.

How to put Front Matter PDF(s) between the Local Front Matter and the scripture material?
I noticed that when I add Front Matter PDF(s), those pages will be added before everything being typeset, including ... since I used relative path as suggested. Can anybody help?
