I have a Study Bible with sidebars and extended footnotes. Some footnotes reference to sidebar, e.g. ... see ... InDesign to insert the page number of the sidebar's location?

Glossary 的頁首未顯示書名
在 PTXprint 的 Glossary（術語表）輸出中，術語表的書名未顯示在頁首 Glossary 的 Paratext 檔案在 \id 行之後確實有 \h 行 在 PTXprint 的 Header+Footer 分頁中，我為頁首的 Inner( ... ，字母表中的字母以 \s1 章節標題表示 有辦法讓 Glossary 的書名顯示在頁首嗎？
