Nous avons rencontré le cas suivant : un projet a commencé à indiquer qu'il ne pouvait pas trouver la ressource lors de l'ouverture de l'Interlinéaire. En investiguant, nous avons constaté que la mise à jour RVC2025 a modifié le GUID de la ressource, bien que le nom visible ("RVC") soit resté le même :
ID avant : aaa19db7ade2da326a24f3e4404dca555ae62ab9abcdefff ID après : cc1470a08113a6270385fb30c6b919b16916a9d3abcdefff L'Interlinéaire pointait toujours vers l'ancien ID, qui n'existait plus après la mise à jour. Nous avons corrigé le problème en modifiant la balise <MdlScrTextId> dans le fichier de configuration de l'interlinéaire — en ne mettant à jour que la partie GUID, et non la ligne entière. Ce champ contient le GUID suivi de abcdefff, et cette partie finale doit être conservée telle quelle ; sinon, Paratext ne peut pas localiser la ressource lors de l'ouverture de l'Interlinéaire.
À une autre occasion, nous avons observé quelque chose de similaire avec une Mise en page, après avoir mis à jour une autre ressource — même type d'erreur. Je n'ai pas confirmé ce cas en vérifiant directement les GUID, mais d'après le comportement, cela semble être le même problème sous-jacent.
Je souhaite signaler ce point en particulier : les mises à jour qui modifient le GUID d'une ressource ne propagent pas ce changement aux autres endroits qui en dépendent, tels que les Interlinéaires. Comme le nom visible de la ressource ne change pas, l'utilisateur n'a aucun moyen de voir ce problème arriver avant que la fonctionnalité ne tombe en panne.

We ran into the following case: a project started showing that it couldn't find the resource when trying to open the Interlinear. Looking into it, we found that the RVC2025 update changed the resource's GUID, even though the visible name ("RVC") stayed the same:
ID before: aaa19db7ade2da326a24f3e4404dca555ae62ab9abcdefff ID after: cc1470a08113a6270385fb30c6b919b16916a9d3abcdefff The Interlinear was still pointing to the old ID, which no longer existed after the update. We fixed it by editing the <MdlScrTextId> tag in the interlinear's configuration file — updating only the GUID portion, not the whole line. That field carries the GUID plus a trailing abcdefff, and that trailing part has to be kept as-is; otherwise Paratext can't locate the resource when opening the Interlinear.
On a separate occasion we saw something similar with a Layout, after updating a different resource — same kind of error. I didn't confirm that case by checking the GUIDs directly, but based on the behavior it looks like the same underlying issue.
I want to flag this specifically: updates that change a resource's GUID are not propagating that change to other places that depend on it, such as Interlinears. Since the resource's visible name doesn't change, there's no way for the user to see this coming until the feature fails.
