Missing images in Enhanced Resources

I couldn't find this answered anywhere, so hopefully someone knows the answer. My MTT's computer doesn't show any of the images in NIV84+. I updated his NIV84+ resource, but the images still weren't there. Any idea why this might happen? I don't have his computer with me at the moment, to check but is it possible to download an enhanced resource without any of the images?

The images are separate from the ERs to keep the size of resources reasonable. You'll have to download one of the image resources (small, standard, or large) as well. You can filter for the images by choosing the Media filter in the Download/Install Resources dialog to find them.

Update: Standard size images were already downloaded on his resources. I downloaded the small size, but still nothing was showing. Then I widened the size of his window. The images were off screen to the right. So, for anyone else who cannot find the images on enhanced resources, they cannot be seen in a narrow pane and there is no indication that there is more information to the right of what is visible.
