I just installed PTXprint on my computer. It won't print but instead gives a message that I don't understand.

Thank you for reporting this problem. Am I right in guessing that this error appeared when trying to produce an interlinear? If so, looks like a recent regression that has been inadvertently introduced as a result of some other changes that were made recently.

The best thing for you to do is:

a) Try to create an Archive (using the button at the end of the Help tab/page in PTXprint) and send it to [email protected] -- this should help us replicate the issue.

b) If you need it to work urgently, I would recommend re-installing version 2.7.29 which is the last known stable version as far as the interlinear is concerned.

I was trying to print a pdf of the book of Matthew. I was not trying to print an interlinear. I had just installed PTX and had not used it on this new computer before.

So were you able to install 2.7.29 and try again successfully, or are you still stuck?

I installed 2.7.29. It still did not work, but the list of error messages seemed a bit shorter. But I don't understand those messages and uninstalled it again. So I'm still stuck. Shall I install an older version?
