Are FC and PDV reference texts?

A user asks:

I want to know whether two French translations are reference texts in Paratext.
These two:

  • La Bible en Français Courant (FC) (1997) and 
  • Parole de Vie (PDV) (2000)

They are listed on DBL as:

  • Bundle Producer: Paratext/8.0.100.35
  • Bundle Producer: Paratext/9.1.104.1

Does that mean that they are reference texts in Paratext?

The following resources are available in Paratext:

  • FCR19DBL - La Nouvelle Français Courant 2019
  • NFC - La Nouvelle Français Courant 2018
  • FRC97 - Français Courant 97 final version
  • PDV Parole de Vie 2017

Paratext doesn't use the term "reference texts", but yes, resources are text that can be used for comparison or reference.
