We are starting to see a number of cases where the upgrade to 9.1 fails, with an error message saying "Unable to load DLL “mozglue”

Searching the support site shows this issue goes back a long ways with a number of solutions, but none that are working on the latest crop of reported failed installs.

With your help we will try to resolve these issues.

Computers are running 64 bit windows 8 or above.
Updating Updating the Visual C++ runtime from this link did not help.

Markux has a solution I don’t fully understand here that may be of some help:

I believe he is saying that after applying the Visual C++ runtime, he had to go back and rerun the update to complete the install. Maybe that is the missing step?

One of the computers had Windows 7 installed. We don’t support Windows 7 for Paratext 9.1, but after reinstalling Paratext 9, they now get the same mozglue error. So, it seems that the Visual C++ runtime installer may have done more harm than good?
