I’m trying to help a user of Paratext 9. He gets this message when he logs into Paratext. As far as he can tell, he has no ‘Scr’ text collection as a saved collection. How can I help him resolve this issue? See what he wrote below.

“Warning – BYZ resource on your computer is corrupt or invalid. Download/install the BYZ resource again. Project guid must be set before adding it to Scr TextCollection.”
I have gone to “download/install resources” and uninstalled and reinstalled BYZ, and I have also just uninstalled BYZ, but I am still getting the same warning. However, I don’t know what the final sentence of the warning means and have been unable to find out in the help section, so maybe I need to do something on this before I uninstall/install BYZ.

I should say, that none of this is affecting my work on Kwangwa and, when I click on the relevant icon at the top of my windows page, I can get the Greek text. However, if you can shed any light on the actions I should take to get an incorrupt/valid BYZ, I’d be grateful.
