  2. Ability to see a view list of projects linked to a registered project in the registry (daughter, aux, BT, etc.)

There are now two sections on the Registration tab. The “Paratext Repositories” section lists PT project files that share the same project registration, including Auxiliary projects, or BackTranslation and Transliteration (though these can in rare cases have separate registrations).

The second section, “Related Projects”, lists separate project registrations that are connected via parent-child relationship. This can include Daughter or StudyBible projects, and in some cases Transliteration and BackTranslation (if they are registered separately). It’s bidirectional so the parent shows up on the page of the child and vice versa. I can probably improve this view further by adding information about why they are connected.

If you are seeing projects listed that don’t appear to be connected please email me a link to the project and I’ll take a look.

I recommend you make this suggestion from inside Paratext.

  1. Ability to hide zz** projects in project list

This is a bit clunky and a better way to hide them might be useful, but you can add visibility:confidential visibility:standard to your search query to exclude “Test or Training” projects.

  1. Ability to see a view list of projects linked to a registered project in the registry (daughter, aux, BT, etc.)

This is a complex matter but in the works.

The second feature request has now been implemented. The Registration tab now lists associated projects.

anon070596, excellent work in implementing something that I am sure was not trivial for you. It will be extremely helpful for all organizations in managing their projects.

A question @anon070596 - the connections like daughter, back, aux etc are understandably connected, but I notice a few projects with connections and I am not sure why they would be connected. Could you list how they get associated?

Thanks.
