Cannot create another project from the Back Translation project

Question

After creating a back translation project which is in the state language, I wanted to create another back translation project from the state language BT project in English.
I found that it cannot do s/r even if we categorize under daughter translation or under Back translation linking this new project to the back translation project.
We raised this issue in the registry also.
