One of the computers for our team in the field can no longer do a send/receive because the project names are no longer listed (for both the front translation and the back translation). This is a project that has been functioning for several years and done successful S/R multiple times per week all this time. The only thing that we know of that changed is that their BGAN unit failed a couple of weeks ago. The BGAN is now working again for email but in Paratext, the project names have disappeared so they cannot S/R their work. I am the project administrator and all the user permissions are still fine. I am at a loss what to tell them to restore the project names.

Could you (privately) share the project name with us? I see there are three projects on the S/R server that you are listed as administrator of.

We did some upgrades of the servers this weekend so I am wondering if that caused the issues; it would be good to check whether the problem has gone away on its own.

The project names that have gone missing are YNT and YTB.
