The Gateway Language Team organization was erroneously approved as authorized for using Paratext without going through the normal approval process. This authorization was revoked causing you to lose access to Paratext resources.

Please have your organization apply for authorization to use Paratext following the process described here: https://pt8.paratext.org/help/registry/registration/

I have a similar problem but with just one member of a team. All three members are in the same organisation (ATALTRAB) but one member can’t access the Source text. So it should be a problem with the organisation.

Generating a new Paratext 8 code allowed that user access to other resources (English and French) but he still doesn’t have me access to the source text.

Any ideas?

oops there was a NOT missing in my previous messages.
“So it should NOT be a problem with the oranisation” because other members of the organisation have access.

anon703820 - can you confirm that the user in question is in fact a member of the organization? I have seen situations in which a person requests membership, but has not been approved - or is left in the state of having “none” for the organization.

If the user is in fact a member of the organization then you might try to uninstall PT8 and reinstall.

The user was a member of the organisation. I had already checked that all three team members were members of the same organisation, which made me think it was a user problem. After a second attempt of generating a new code, and copying the resource, the problem was finally resolved.

From anon848905’s research into the history of the user, it would seem that the code we first had was the initial temporary code from before he was approved. My first attempt at generating a new code gave him resources but not source text. It must have been to recopying the resource that gave him the source text.
