Did you get this working? A couple of recommendations to try:
(The following information comes from Steve White) Another thing, which might help, try resetting Paratext. This resets a number of user settings but does not affect any project data.Hold down Shift when you start Paratext, then click "Yes" to reset. You can submit a new problem report or omit that step. When it says to restart Paratext, restart it normally (without holding down Shift).If you have not saved your current layout, you may wish to do that before resetting Paratext, because the reset discards the memory of what is currently open.
