I have been using  /k .../k*  to mark words in my glossary and also used /w ..../w* in the main bible scriptures . I have also made sure the navigation settings allow for glossary links to be displayed.

However even after doing all this  my app is still not showing any links from the scriptures to the glossary.does anyone have a solution for this ?

I assume that you mean backslashes (\) not slashes (/) in your markup. If the form of the word in the text is different to that in the glossary (has an affix, for example), you need to mark it like \w wordform|glossary form\w*, e.g. \w ngepona liu|epona liu \w*.

If that's not the problem, maybe you're expecting a link within Paratext, but that doesn't happen. You would get a link in an app via Scripture Application Builder or an HTML version.
