In both the base LTR project and the transliterated RTL project PTXprint behaves as expected and produces usable output. But when I try to combine them in a di-script project, generally the texts align well but the \mt1, \imt, \ip, iot, \io and \s markers end up generating a separate page for each?

Hmm. The archive link appears to be wrong (I'm getting a 195byte PNG), but you're right, it shouldn't be doing that. I'm guessing that it's some unexpected interaction with another setting, given that the test files didn't throw any results that strange. WHAT other setting it might be, though, I'm not sure.

This strange behaviour seems to be related to the setting(s) on the Body tab: [  ] Start 1st Chapter on a New Page, and it's counterpart [  ] All Chapters. If those settings are disabled IN BOTH the primary and secondary projects, then life returns to normal, albeit still far from ideal. (Some bug-fixing required I think).

How important is it that the chapters start on a new page in this Diglot publication?
