Footnote not formatting right

Question

I'm trying to format a partial book, and one footnote is not formatting like the rest. The rest of the footnotes are at the bottom of the page, but this one is aligned at the bottom of the text block, just below the border.

Additionally, the footnote marker is missing in the verse text.

I can't seem to find a setting which impacts this footnote specifically.

I'm sorry, but you're going to need to supply the "final USFM" (see view/edit tab) for the relevant verse/line before anyone can help, also some that *do* work, and probably some more details too. E.g. is this note on the last page of a book,  or just a normal page, etc. The missing note caller makes me guess that there's some kind of difference in the USFM between the working and non-working versions.
