I typically work in Macos and use parallels. The one time I installed paratext there, I had no issues. I've got a new pc I'm setting up (Gateway windows 11 home). I installed from the website and upon starting the app, got these errors. I then went to uninstall and ran a repair. That completed, apparently successfully, and I still get these same errors. To be honest, I don't know what any of this is. Thanks for any help.

Hola.

It has happened before, it is an issue with Windows components. You can see the instructions at this link: https://paratext.org/ufaqs/fix-unable-to-load-dll-mozglue-error-missing-mozglue-dll/?highlight=mozglue

Basically it's forcing an update of the Visual C++ Runtime (a component for Windows) and making sure there are no pending updates in Windows Update (which usually includes updating the .NET Framework.
