Does PT Lite allow changing the text direction? In particular, I'm typing a note in a flag in an Arabic script and it's left aligned. Is it possible to make it right aligned, or even truly RTL (which might affect punctuation)?

Yes, the project is RTL.

However, we do NOT want the note editor to blindly follow the direction defined in the project (which is something PT did in 9.3 or 9.4 and which I've now submitted a request for them to fix).

Most of the people inserting notes are working in English, so the LTR and left-aligned default is fine. But in this case I was working with a team member who _will_ insert notes in the vernacular, and for him only we'd like the ability to change the notes to RTL.
