verse segments seem to be ignored in PTXprint

Question

I have lines like this in a custom.vrs file:

*REV 21:6,a,b

I have USFM marking like this in Paratext:

\v 6a text text text \v 6b text text text.

and I have a module that calls for references like this:

\sr Revelation 21:1-6a
\ref REV 21:1-6a

However, PTXprint goes ahead and prints the whole chapter, seeming to ignore the segments. Can someone help me understand what I'm missing? I'd rather not print more than required. Thanks, Paul

Could you send in an archive so that I can try to track this down. This is a general principle. If you think there is a fault with PTXprint, SEND AN ARCHIVE. Always SEND AN ARCHIVE. If in doubt, SEND AN ARCHIVE. Otherwise the dev team spends 3 times the time trying to emulate your bug only to find it has nothing to do (or everything to do) with what you describe. So, please SEND AN ARCHIVE!! :)

In case you aren't sure how to create one, go to the help page and press the create archive button.

BTW I fully admit this isn't an answer. But I don't know how to not answer.

Okaaay... Two things:
1) I've created an 'archive' (thanks for the instructions; not sure I would have found that on my own); where do I send it to? I looked around on the Help page and couldn't find anything (unless I'm to assume this—and every PTXprint issue I have—is a bug? In which case maybe this PTXprint 'support forum' should be shut down and all interaction done at GitHub?).
2) I thought this was the place to ask for help with PTXprint. I don't come here often, so I wasn't aware of the importance of sending an 'archive'. If it is so vitally important, perhaps when one goes through the process of "Asking a Question" and selects PTXprint from the Category list, there could be instructions that pop up for creating an archive and where to send it? That might help us all with getting help with PTXprint.
