Si le texte biblique est dans la Digital Bible Library (DBL), la meilleure chose à faire est d'écrire à l'organisation qui détient les droits sur le texte. Ce sont eux qui l'ont téléversé dans la DBL. Demandez-leur s'ils peuvent l'ajouter en tant que ressource Paratext. C'est un processus qui est généralement effectué par le Curateur de la bibliothèque numérique de cette organisation. Une fois cela fait, vous pourrez afficher la ressource depuis Paratext-Download/Install Resources et l'installer sur votre ordinateur.
Si le texte n'est pas dans la DBL ou est basé sur un texte de la DBL mais comporte des modifications, je pense que vous ne pourrez pas le faire, car pour être téléversé dans la DBL et placé en tant que ressource, il doit s'agir d'un texte entièrement terminé et révisé. Si c'est votre cas, vous pouvez simplement créer un nouveau projet depuis le menu Paratext-New project. Vous pouvez créer un projet local ou créer un projet auxiliaire basé sur un projet enregistré, au cas où vous auriez besoin d'utiliser le serveur send/receive.

If the biblical text is in the Digital Bible Library (DBL), the best thing to do is to write to the organization that owns the rights to the text. They are the ones who uploaded it to the DBL. Ask them if they can add it as a Paratext resource. This is a process that is typically done by the Curator of the digital library of this organization. If the text is not in the DBL or is based on a text in the DBL but has modifications, then I think you will not be able to do this, because to be uploaded to the DBL and placed as a resource it must be a completely finished and revised text. If this is your case, you can simply create a new project from the Paratext-New project menu. You can create a local project or create an auxiliary based on a registered project, in case you need to use the send/receive server.
