Si el texto bíblico está en la Digital Bible Library (DBL), lo mejor es escribir a la organización que posee los derechos sobre el texto. Ellos son quienes lo subieron a la DBL. Pregunta si pueden añadirlo como un recurso de Paratext. Este es un proceso que normalmente lo realiza el Curador de la biblioteca digital de esa organización. Una vez que lo hayan hecho, podrás ver el recurso desde Paratext-Download/Install Resources e instalarlo en tu computadora.
Si el texto no está en la DBL o se basa en un texto de la DBL pero tiene modificaciones, creo que no podrás hacer esto, porque para ser subido a la DBL y colocado como recurso debe ser un texto completamente terminado y revisado. Si este es tu caso, simplemente puedes crear un nuevo proyecto desde el menú Paratext-New project. Puedes crear un proyecto local o crear un proyecto auxiliar basado en un proyecto registrado, en caso de que necesites usar el servidor send/receive.
