Lost Project Access after username change

Question

I change two usernames in the registry, and they both lost most of the projects in their S/R window.
Went for 20+ to just a few.

What happened? I have done S/R, looked at registry, everything looks correct.

I’m glad this straightened out for you. I am not sure what went wrong.
I just did a test, with a test user name that was a member of seven projects. After changing the name, and entering the new name and user code into Paratext, all seven projects were available to do a send/receive. (Two were already on the computer, five were not).
